In 2014 we proceeded with a full reconstruction of the building and its premises as well as new equipment of the latest technology so as to ensure high standards in every step of the olive oil extraction process.

Our production line has the capacity of 1 ton per hour. We use two-phase centrifuges to separate oil from vegetable waters and solids, and the process of malaxing the paste takes place at carefully monitored temperatures so as to achieve high and satisfactory virgin olive oil extraction yields.
